Trademark Question, If I only register a Trademark for the name of my Business with the state I live...?
If I only register a Trademark for the name of my Business with the state I live and someone who lives in another state tries to steal my business name, Will it hold in Court that I have sole rights on the name, even if its not a federal trademark?
