Need help with characters!?

I've noticed that sarcastic people talk a lot, actually, since I happen to be very sarcastic. Jess seems like the male version of Jackie to me, if not a bit lighter. And most upbeat people don't pick fights that often. Cole could use a personality twist. For example, he could dislike being around guys because they make him feel inferior or something. Kayla is a bit cliche, and she reminds me a lot of a character in a book I'm reading right now. But these are pretty good characters, anyways. And your idea is very original. I hope that helped.
