Possible eating disorder?
I know you've probably heard this everywhere, but it's the truth : everyone is different. I mean, everyone feels different about themselves, but to me, I think you have a perfect weight. But if you feel insecure, you should talk to someone about it. If you're boyfriend cares about you, a thing like this shouldn't be 'breaking news' to him. Also, eating nothing is can actually be unhealthier. You don't necessarily need to be thin to be healthy. My best friend has slight weigh issues, but she's very healthy. Instead of extreme sports, she participates in dance, and takes daily walks. Anorexia cuts down not just weigh, but muscle, too. Besides weight/muscle loss, you may also refuse to drink water, and have kidney failure. Heart failure, low blood pressure, and brittle nails have also been recorded as access side affects. Bone loss is a major one, too. That doesn't sound that great. One way to treat this, is to detect it early. My advice, eat healthy foods, and exercise, and that'll be a start.
