Help! I planted a climbing rose bush yesterday and today it is wilting.?

I mixed 1 bag of top soil and 1 bag of peet moss with my exsiting soil and then planted 2 rose bushes. 1 is doing fine and the other is wilting and the branches are bent over. they are 1 foot away from each other. does any one know what I should do? I
