How to get rid of a trojan virus?

My laptop keeps on coming up with signs that I have a Trojan and I think it is telling me to download anti spywear because we don't have what it is telling me to use. How cab I get rid of it because it won't let me go on anything but this fake anti spywear, not even the internet pleaded help, thanks, jess xxxx
