I need help im really down!?

:( i had the worst text happen today , this girl i really like , met with her 3 times , 1 time we snuggled at her house held hands etc , the next time she did all that a layed on my and we snogged/got off and kissed , today she says she only want to be mates and i feel crushed by this , im a boy and i just feel like ****! and i just cant take it , i need help , was it my fault :'(
