How can i get the smell of farts out of my bed?

Hey everyone, I'm Shanie. I am 42 years old from the state of Mississippi. i fart in it at least eight times a night. sometimes i even poop a little. and now my bed sheets are disgusting. I've tried to wash them but the stains and smell continue to invade my nasal cavity. i do not have enough money to buy new sheets. does anyone know how i can stop farting and pooping throughout the night? and if not, does anyone know any miracle spray to get rid of it? or better yet..anyone have some extra sheets lying around? I'd realllllly appreciate it! don't suggest diapers either. they give me horrible rashes.. thanks!
