Do you tape your hands for kickboxing or mixed Marshall arts?

both, and usually the boxes of hand wraps have instructions on them, I'd try to explain it to you but it's kinda hard without pictures, and the diagrams on the package does a pretty good job. Oh and it's spelled "martial" FYI
