Help *IMMEDIATLY* please :(?

ok well i might think i have cancer. OMG >.< well i got 1 lump in each of my armpit i've had them for like 6M tru 1yr or so (thier was once where it did hurt but not anymore like 4 months ago or so or more.) Latley i've also been getting very sick commonly for the past 3 months i get sick twice each month : Symptoms : FEVER, SORE THROAT, MUSCLE PAIN, COUGHING. please don't tell me what i think it is :( give me advice please.
