Fair-minded people only please?

Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich. Who is loonier of the two? I have to say I think Kucinich is pretty loony, but that could be just what he did to Cleveland. But Paul gives him a run for his money. Abolishing the FBI and CIA? There's freedom, and then there's anarchy. Come on, loony if I ever saw it.
