Can i add extra usb ports and sound for headset on front of my computer?

there are several ways you can do this, you can add a pci usb expansion card if you wish but the easiest and cheapest way is to buy a usb hub they plug into on of your existing usb ports and split it into between four and eight usb ports if you buy a usb hub make sure you buy one with an extra power supply or it may not be able to supply enough power for some devices such as an external hard drive
