Can you get blood in your stool for eating alot of hot saouce?

I eat a chcken buffalo sanwich with extra buffalo sausce. Later that evening, I ate a stew with lotd of habanero sauce. Next morning, I got to the bathroom and I see blood, a bright red blood. I go to the bathroom later that afternoon and same result. Will the hot sauce cause this? I am in my 40s as well.
