Criminal Justice system in Israel?

the Canadian government being the overly 'compionate and politically correct' schtick that it is will try to protect him on human rights grounds, I can imagine. Welcome to the haven of criminals under our protection from other country's laws. And people wonder why I support drastic immigration reform, an overhaul of the laws and justice and correctional services systems.
