When they state power req. for video cards they also include PC consumption. If they say 300 watts, that is total system power for everything including the video card, not JUST the card itself. In your case, it really depends on if you are overclocking or not, if you are not and you are just installing that card 350 watts sounds good but having more than they state is definitely not a bad thing!
