Horror Freaks and Band Geeks, I need help with a horror story...?

I have to write a horror story for my english cl. I came up with the greatest idea, but it involves a person committing suicide while playing a song on an instrument (don't ask =P) I just need help on how you would kill yourself with any instrument. It can be gory or quick, whatever you think. All I want is an idea, and I can expand on that idea.
