How come liberals aren't in the south?

Don't Liberals account for 100% percent of racist bigots in America if not the world? And aren't the Southern States the most bigoted racist states of all? And most people in the south still hold the same racial views as people did since even before the civil war. So why are most southern states Conservative red states?
