Is there PCI Express slot on Dell Demension 2400 computer?

I opened my 2400 and noticed a spot on the motherboard above the PCI slots that looked like a place i could put a AGP or PCI Express slot. I want a PCI -E video card so do i have to get a new motherboard or can i just put an AGP or PCI- E slot there? Please help.
