Trying to find a student loan?

I am going to be a full time student in the fall. I am not going to have time to work a full time job so I was wondering if there were any student loans out there that weren't for only tuition but rather for living expenses such as rent, etc. I have some credit problems but may be able to have a co-signer. Does anyone know about any lenders?
