What are all the powers of the Ark of the covenant? Jews and Christians only?

What are all the recorded powers of the Ark. I mean this for real! Why don't we find it(if its lost) and convert as many unbelievers as possible? What would the consequences be. What is the risk? I want all of the answers to this question.
