What effect does mineral water,tap water,and distilled water have on plants :-)?

Very little difference. Think of water as a delivery system. Turgor pressure sucks water up through the roots carrying essential nutrients from the soil into the plant itself. The water itself is the key, the source of the water is irrelevant. As far as the difference between the three types of water, the soil itself is a pretty good filter, the roots themselves also, so without knowing what inclusions are in the mineral and tap water, it's kind of a loaded question. The bottom line is no effect.
