What is this guy trying to do?

i met this guy like two days before school was over and he asked for my num. so i gave it to him and we started talking. then he finally told me that he has a girlfriend. i was like ok so why do u wanna go on a date with me and hang out when u have a girl. hes like so i can talk and hang out with anyone i want. for the next few days he kept asking if i wanna hang and it be 12 at night. im only 16 i cant go out. (hes like 18). then he called me asking again wen. i said idk. he said nvr mind i dont wanna see you anymore. im like ok then hung up. then i txted him have fun wit ur girl. he said i will cuz she actually wants to see me. i started crying so much. thn he told why should we talk when were never gonna see each other. ugh he cant get it through his head that im 16 and cant go out late like that
